MCYS is pledging an extra S$18 million over the next 5 years for the setting up and functioning of 6 new Day Care Centres and 22 new Seniors Activity Centres in Singapore.
The Day Care Centres and Seniors Activity Centres belong to the network of community-based services offering support to caregivers and to assisit seniors age-in-place.
MCYS is now seeking advice from community leaders as well as service providers to determine the location of these facilities.
