On 27 June 2009, 3 secondary school teachers from Westwood Secondary School, Presbyterian High School and Hai Sing Catholic School in Singapore were down with the H1N1 (Swine Flu) virus. In all 3 cases, the symptoms were moderate and they had no fever.
As a preventive measure, the school students and staff who were in close proximity with these teachers have been asked to take Leave of Absence (LOA) for 7 days and to remain at home and observe their health.
