Changi Airport Group will be distributing a unique S$5 voucher to all passengers departing from Singapore Changi Airport for the month of July 2009. This unique giveaway for passengers is to commemorate the establishment of the two new bodies, the newly reorganized Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and airport company, Changi Airport Group.
