Mr Seah Boon Huat, 56 years old, director of Project Building Construction (Pte) Ltd was charged under Section 96A of the Income Tax Act and found guilty for helping his construction company to get away from paying S$265,483.48 worth of tax for Years of Assessment 2004 and 2005.
