The first prize winner of Singapore Land Authority’s (SLA) first local art competition, Muhammad Khairullah, 22, has won himself S$3,000 cash. The competition theme was State Properties: Our Heritage, A New Life” and 445 art pieces were sent in. This art competition was organized to commemorate State buildings and push recognition and appreciation of their charm and history among young people in Singapore.
