The Singapore Food Festival, one of the most looked forward to yearly food events, returns for the 16th year from 17th – 26th July 2009. This year, it will not only present Singapore’s many great local ethnic food, several events happening at Clarke Quay will also feature Peranakan cuisine such as Kueh Pie Tee, Sambal Udang, and Ayam Buah Keluak for the very first time.
