3 teachers were given the Outstanding Youth in Education Award (OYEA) by Dr Ng Eng Hen, Minister for Education, at the National Institute of Education (NIE) Teachers’ Investiture Ceremony on 13 July 2009. They are Eugene Ng Ming Teck (Jing Shan Primary School), Leow Hwee Fen (Anderson Secondary School) and Muhammad Rezal Bin Ramli (Ping Yi Secondary School).
