RAdm (NS) Lui Tuck Yew, Acting Minister for MICA, will be visiting Guangzhou and Zhuhai from 15 – 18 July 2009 with over 160 representatives from more than 130 companies in Singapore. Acting Minister Lui is leading the business mission to Guangdong in the capacity of the Co-Chairman of the Singapore-Guangdong Collaboration Council (SGCC), which was established on 24 March 2009.
