The Ministry of Education (MOE) of Singapore will terminate the registration of Brookes Business School with effect from 14 July 2009. This comes after the results of investigations by the secretariat of the pro-tem Council for Private Education (CPE) on Brookes Business Schools for violations of the Education Act.
