The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) opened the industrial site at Kaki Bukit Road 2 for sale by public tender on 14 July 2009. The land area is about 1.07 hectare and has a highest gross plot ratio of 1.0 with a lease duration of 30 years. It is zoned for a Business 2 development and can be used for a range of light, clean and general industrial purposes.
